We love LumoLeash™ and we are confident you will too! That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [bartu6510@gmail.com]. Please provide your order number and proof of purchase. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a clear photo or video of the issue and email us immediately. We will ship out a brand-new replacement right away at no extra cost to you.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
